Our Story
What started as a back up plan in 2011 slowly turned into a passion. We started as husband wife duo with no kids. We now have 2 boys! We started by providing housing for individuals on a long term basis. A few years and properties later we entered into short term housing market. We currently own and manage an 8 figure portfolio and cannot keep up with the demand. We have now partnered with Residential & Commercial Landlords and other Owners. We have created a master lease agreement which solves the problem for landlords and travellers. Guaranteed income for landlords and accommodations for our travellers. This partnership guarantees forever income for the owner and there is no worry about tenant defaulting on rent with no ability to evict.
